Job Description:This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other activities as permitted by licensure and defined within Credentialing and Privileging documentation (hospital), Credentialing and Scope of Practice (Medical Group), Consultation and Referral Plan (DOPL) or other similar documentation as appropriate. About this role: As an Advanced Practice Provider on the Neurosurgery Trauma Team, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will serve as a first assist in the OR, round on inpatient units, see consults in the emergency department, and provide additional inpatient support as needed.

This position includes a$10,000sign-on bonus and$7500in relocation assistance.

You will practice at St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. You will work 14 12-hour shifts per month in 7-day blocks Shifts include: Daytime - 7 am - 7 pm Float (this shift will float between the hospital and clinic as needed) - 7 am - 7 pm Night - 7 pm - 7 am (in house, restricted) You will rotate with four other Advanced Practice Providers to support five neurosurgeons You will serve as a first assist in the OR for urgent cases, round on post-op patients in the hospital, see consults in the ED, and float to the clinic as need when on the float shift
