Our client, [Industry Descriptor], is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Grand Prairie, Texas

Pay Range: $31.25 - $43.11 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment including CNC machine punches/breaks, ovens, wash tanks, powder paint booths, conveyors, and roller tables.

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts per specifications.

• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, control logic diagrams, and schematics.

• Analyze and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system issues.

• Collaborate in the assembly, dismantling, and rigging of machinery.

What’s Needed?

• Education: Associate’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, or 5 years of relevant experience with a strong emphasis on electrical controls.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an industrial maintenance environment with experience in 480V / 3 phase electrical systems.

• Specialized Training: Electrical qualification to work in control panels.

• Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical tools, and intermediate computer skills.

• Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., Perform coordinated movements, and work in various physical conditions.
