Key Responsibilities:
- Executing several complex tasks associated with support of medical device labeling development and maintenance.
- Pulling complex data from our quality system to upload IFUs to our eIFU website.
- Working with partners regarding supplemental labeling including communication management, forms, deep data dives and other activities.
- Providing high level administrative support requiring a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary and knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people.
- Gathering, compiling, verifying, and analyzing information for use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, and procedures.
- Performing tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
- Preparing documents and data templates.
- Performing additional miscellaneous tasks for our team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred.
- Prior experience with labeling is preferred.
- Experience with data mining.
- Intermediate skill level in Excel.
- Previous ERP/PLM experience is a plus.
