Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is currently looking for dynamic, hardworking Commercial HVAC Journeyperson (313A) to join our Mechanical Projects team in for work across the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of various HVAC equipment including: Packaged RTU, MUA Units, Cooling Towers, Ductless Splits, Chillers, Boilers
Test HVAC equipment components and connections for issues
Observe and test system operation using gauges and test instruments and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and reliable system operations
Estimate, order and install materials required to successfully complete project scope of work
Keep accurate records of installation and commissioning reports
Work with the service team assisting with service calls and maintenances as required
Requirements:
313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence required
GT2 Gas Technician license required, (GT1 preferred) and ODP certification
Brazing Certification (TSSA)
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as an HVAC Journeyperson/ Apprentice with experience in commercial & industrial environments
Ability to provide exceptional customer service through clear and consistent verbal communication and detailed written reporting
Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset
Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy
Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mechanical and electrical skills; Computer aptitude
