The ALLO Permitting team is dedicated to delivering permits and agreements as needed for construction of ALLO fiber optic cables in new and existing ALLO markets. The Permitting Supervisor is focused on priorities and delivering permits on a schedule to enable construction activities. The ALLO Permit Supervisor will work closely with Design Managers and Subject Matter Experts to stay current on priorities and schedules to support ALLO's rapid growth into new markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a team of Permit Specialists Mentor and provide constructive feedback to improve the skills of the permitting team Continuously evaluate and inform each direct report's performance and improve their current skills for the advancement of the team Work closely with the Design Managers and ALLO Design team to understand what permits need to be submitted to what governing authority in support of new market deployments Develop, organize, & implement strategies to improve the permitting processes Build partnerships with jurisdictions to create and maintain relationships that benefit the permitting process for all involved Create standards and ad-hoc reports for internal management Maintain and oversee updating the Smartsheet permitting trackers to capture all status and updates Commit to providing an exceptional and Hassle-Free outcome-oriented permitting organization. Insure ALLO remains in compliance with Federal, State, and local rules and regulations by obtaining the needed permits for underground construction Oversee preparations and submittal of permit applications for highway and rail crossings Oversee preparations and submittal of permit applications for ALLO to cross and occupy various Federal, State, and Local entities property Oversee preparations and submittal of permit applications for crossing drainage ditches and irrigation canals Work closely with the ALLO Design team to insure availability of needed permit application drawings Oversee and facilitate internal communications with ALLO Design team and construction teams to understand what poles to submit to what power company for pole attachment permits Oversee preparations and submittal pole attachment request applications with supporting analysis data Actively track pole attach requests with different power and telephone utilities Manage pole make ready requirements Document and maintain records of all permits applied for and received Train new teammates on the permitting processes Demonstrates ALLO's Values-Local, Hassle Free, Honest and Exceptional Other duties and responsibilities as per needs of the business

Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $52,000 - $67,000 per year depending on experience.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent Associates degree or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience preferred

EXPERIENCE: 1 years of permitting experience preferred but not required 1 years of experience managing associates preferred but not required
