JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Travel Coordinator
Department: Human Resources
Location : Greeley, CO
Reports to : Recruiting Manager
Principle Responsibilities:
Sets up travel for all, to include new hires coming in for orientation, travel home for those that have not passed pre-employment requirements and other travel as required
Works with new hires to coordinate best rates/times to travel in conjunction with the new hire’s needs and current location.
Works to maintains an 85% minimum show-up rate in orientation classes
Reconciliation of travel expenses with travel invoices
Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service experience required
Knowledge of Egencia helpful
Must be numbers-oriented, organized and able to multi-task
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite products)
Must maintain high level of accuracy and professionalism
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Base salary range of $ 18.00 to $20.00 per hourand
