JOB REQUIREMENTS: American Foods Group, LLC is searching for an Account Receivables Specialist at our corporate office in Green Bay, WI. As an Account Receivables Specialist you will: * Handle all aspects of the accounts receivable process which includes reviewing and processing payments and various types of account adjustments and refunds. * Post cash receipts following established procedures. * Perform duties of filing, scanning, pulling backup and keying payments to invoices. * Investigate and resolve accounts receivable inquiries as well as monitor department email. * Reconcile the corporate accounts receivable aging daily. * Perform control function to validate accuracy of promotion contracts and promotion claims. * Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, or email. * Special projects and additional duties as assigned. * NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications (Required): * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship. * 3-5 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience. Preferred Qualifications: * Associate degree in accounting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Proficient in Excel and Word. * Good communication skills. * Problem solving skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy.
