Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the front line in providing a premier customer service experience. This role involves responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat, and digital channels (including online, mobile & IVR). You will be responsible for providing quality service that differentiates our company in retaining current customers and attracting new business. Your daily tasks will include performing and transacting appropriate account maintenance, monetary transactions, and negotiating fee refunds. Additionally, you will ensure the protection of both the bank and our customers by adhering to confidentiality guidelines and loss prevention measures.

Work Site / Hours of Operation

This is a fully on-site position in Hales Corners, WI. Initial training is provided from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday for the first three weeks. Following training, shifts will vary between 1pm-10pm or 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates must be open to working every 3rd weekend, with an incentive of an additional $20 per shift for weekend work exceeding four hours.
