JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model: Hybrid Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Employer External Web Posting Job Description Schneider Enterprise Resources, LLC. has an opening for an IT Security Analyst Senior in Green Bay, WI. Design, implement, and maintain systems/solutions in the areas of access/identity; vulnerability and threat management; as well as the securing of applications/data. Continually improve the organization\'s security posture through lifecycle management, upgrades, and implementation of new features, systems, and processes that are owned by or relate to information security. Be responsible for both internally developed and third party packaged applications and services. Analyze strategic technical direction and ensure work alignment to agreed-upon standards and requirements. Participate in information security planning and provide input on the selection of information security services and processes. Analyze strategic, technical, business, and regulatory requirements and ensure they are incorporated into solutions provided by Information Security. Provide direction to others for the development of appropriate tools and techniques to ensure development and deployment of secure solutions. Lead small to medium projects to include determining requirements and success criteria. Troubleshoot and analyze issues related to solutions or services provided by Information Security. Own technical and process issues and engage other teams where required. Develop design specs, requirements, standards, and documentation for Information Security processes. Support lifecycle management of products and systems owned by Information Security. Mentor and develop others. Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week. Job Requirements Position requires a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of relevant experience. Must have work experience with: * Information Security concepts, protection technologies, and related processes; * Infrastructure or network environments in network design, implementation, administration, or support; * Application Delivery Controllers, Application Firewalls, and load balancing technologies; * Network firewalls; and * Risk and vulnerability management technologies.
