ManpowerGroup Safety and Quality Specialist in Greenfield, Indiana

Job Title: Quality and Safety Specialist

Location: Greenfield, IN

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000

What’s the Job?

  • Drive safety, food safety, and quality results in assigned Service Center.

  • Monitor key processes and data that drive safety, food safety, and quality, ensuring process consistency.

  • Review food safety and quality metrics & key performance indicators, identifying gaps and concerns, and collaborating with the management team to improve results.

  • Perform and initiate all activities in support of environmental health and safety and quality initiatives, New Employee Orientation, and Quality Management System training.

  • Ensure effective and efficient compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and agencies, managing facility safety, food safety, and quality processes.

What’s Needed?

  • 3+ years experience in an EHS/Quality position in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in working with sanitation chemicals.

  • Experience with environmental monitoring and cleaning verification.

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
