GREENFIELD Clinical Supervisor Use your clinical leadership skills to supervise the clinical treatment team for a local population at Behavioral Health Network! Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Supervisor in the New View program at Behavioral Health Network! Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the New View program with the following: Overseeing the day-to-day therapeutic services of the New View program. Managing the Counselors and Case Managers working at New View. Ensuring the well-being of individuals in BHN\'s care & designing and implementing the treatment structure of the program. Developing and monitoring clinical records and & ensuring compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements of licensing and funding sources. Serving as the primary liaison with the community. Who are we? The New View program at BHN serves women who have been designated for substance use disorder treatment via the legal system. The program offers acute treatment (ATS) and crisis stabilization (CSS) services. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required). Master\'s Degree in related field (required). At least three years\' experience in the Human Services field (required). At least two years of supervisory experience (required). Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred). Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations. Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required). On-call availability (required).
