LifePath, Inc Program Coordinator in Greenfield, Massachusetts

GREENFIELD 30-hour position grant funded through March 2025 Program Coordinator The Program Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations at the Community Engagement Center, a social day program designed to provide safe, dynamic programming for participants and opportunities for caregivers to gain skills, support, and resources to assist them. The Program Manager will also work collaboratively with others to create a plan to sustain the CEC and/or similar programs. This is a 30-hour position grant funded through March 2025. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in human services, healthcare, social work, or a related field preferred and at least 3 years\' experience working with older adults, caregivers, or individuals with disabilities. Project management experience preferred. Organizational skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals. Able to attend to multiple responsibilities simultaneously and handle complex projects. Communication & Interpersonal skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills. Good listening and engagement skills. Computer Proficiency & Technical proficiency: Advanced level of proficiency in software and database comprehension and practical application. Intermediate to advanced practical application of MS Word, Excel, and Google suite skills. Competence in virtual platforms such as Zoom/Google Meet and basic AV/PA set up and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Advanced ability to create reports, spreadsheets, linking workbooks and perform data analysis. Critical Thinking: Adept in organizing and planning processes involving diverse groups of stakeholders. Business Acumen: Basic understanding of finance and mathematical competence. Ability to code expenses/purchases accordingly, perform basic billing tasks, adhere to budget, and inventory/supplies management. Knowledge of and key driver of quality assurance, quality improvement and quality enhancement initiatives. Time Management & Flexibility: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set and meet goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals and meeting deadlines. Leadership Skills: Influences others through positive role modeling. Assist with training others. Acts as ambassador to assigned program(s) and the greater agency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and oversee programming at the Community Engagement Center. Develop a weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule of activities. Schedule outside guests to provide engaging and educational activities. Provide guidance and oversight to contracted staff who are providing direct care and assisting contracted staff with activities. Train and supervise volunteers. Participate in the screening process for assessing new participants. Participate in care planning meetings. Assist in planning and delivering caregiver activities including facilitating educational/support groups, guest speakers, and special activities. Convene and facilitate meetings of Advisory Group of stakeholders to create an on-going plan for the Supportive and Social Day Programming. Conduct necessary research, interviews, and site visits to gather information. Participate in grant collaborative meetings. Write and present plan of program findings and prospective. Maintain documentation as required. Participate in agency trainings and meetings as requested. Uphold the agency\'s mission, values, and DEIB practices. Other related duties as assigned.
