Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services to ensure accuracy and payment efficiency from our clients.

Job Duties:

• Monitoring our past due client accounts and follow up with them to verify or receive payment status

• Respond to and resolve client billing questions or issues

• Follow up with our clients either by phone or email to confirm receipt of invoice to verify payment for our services

• Identify that our invoice has or will be sent to proper department for timely payment

• Assist in preparing AR status reports
