Is interested in highly motivated and dependable individuals for production positions in our Greenville, Ohio manufacturing facility.
2nd Shift: 3:10pm-11:10pm
Essential Job Functions
- Complete minor mold repairs.
- Perform PM (preventive maintenance) on injection molds.
- Perform PM (preventive maintenance) on hot runner controllers.
- Basic wiring of mold heaters and core cylinders.
- Load and unload molds from trucks as needed.
- Complete required daily documentation.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for mold repair emergencies.
Skills
- Basic Tig welding.
- AC & DC electrical knowledge.
- Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
- Basic machining skills (mill, drill press, lathe, surface grinder).
- Problem solving techniques.

EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
Experience and Knowledge
- 3-5 years experience in tool and die preferred but not required.
- Able to trouble shoot and solve common mold problems.
- Understands the PPE required for safe mold handling and repairs.
Other Dimensions:
Testing will be required.
Steel toes shoes required.
Training will be on first shift for a period of time before transferring to second shift.
SALARY/BENEFITS
- Starting Wage: $22.15
- 3 Month Increase: 23.85
- 12 Month Increase: $25.05
