We are inviting applications for the role of an Accounting Manager based in Greenville, South Carolina. This role is central to the functioning of our financial department, where you will be tasked with overseeing and managing accounting functions, maintaining ERP solutions, and ensuring all accounting activities are in compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, billing, and auditing.

• Implement and monitor effective accounting software systems and platforms.

• Utilize ADP Financial Services for efficient and accurate financial processing.

• Manage and oversee the operation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

• Oversee construction accounting, ensuring accurate reporting and monitoring of construction costs.

• Monitor and manage WIP (Work in Progress) accounting, ensuring accurate tracking of ongoing projects.

• Regularly audit accounting and financial data for accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.

• Resolve customer credit inquiries and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Construction Accounting

• Experience in handling WIP - Work In Progress

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional certification such as CPA is preferred
