This is a community-based position. Home visits are required. Flexible schedule; evenings and weekends. 4-day work week option which includes Saturday. Travel is required.
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000

If yes, National Youth Advocate Program has an exciting opportunity for you as a Therapist providing Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT). BSFT is an evidence-based and strengths-focused family therapy model designed for at-risk youth and their families. Services are short-term and have been scientifically proven to help youth and families overcome challenges such as behavioral issues, substance abuse, delinquency, and conduct disorder.
As a Therapist with National Youth Advocate Program, you will work in the community as part of our Intensive In-Home Services team throughout Greenville County with some overlap into surrounding counties. providing counseling or therapy, advocacy and support to adolescents, youth and children, as well as their families, toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities
Immersed in the BSFT model, you will deliver Evidence-Based Mental Health Services to youth and their families.
Managing a small caseload, you will travel throughout the county to provide therapeutic intervention that is process and relationship focused. BSFT is primarily facilitated in-home to meet individual family needs.
Regularly reviews and modifies treatment plans to assure consistent progress and success of plan goals.
Participate in training and consultation to obtain Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) certification.
Comply with specific, daily documentation and assessment requirements
Other job duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
MSW or MaCC from an accredited institution, preferred.
Valid South Carolina Licensure; LMSW or LPC preferred
Experience in providing both individual and family therapy, preferred
Experience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferred.
Daily travel required; willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule during non-traditional hours as needed
Must be comfortable providing services in the community and in client homes.
You have good computer and technology skills
Driving and Vehicle Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable personal transportation
Good driving record
Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
