Job Description:

The Sr Specialist, Program Finance will support Missionization and Modernization Group in Waco, TX as the program finance analyst for the AM&M product line, as well as FP&A consolidation for the division. This role will be responsible for critical, Tier-1 programs, including briefings and communication to all levels of leadership in L3Harris. As FP&A PFA, this role will communicate and support all deadlines to Sector, segment and corporate leadership.

Essential Functions:

  • FP&A consolidation experience at division and/or sector level

  • Program EAC experience on large, complex programs

  • Ability to travel to support F2F meetings and reviews with program teams

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

  • Excellent computing skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office™package (Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Word®, Microsoft PowerPoint®, Microsoft Project®), Hyperion HFM/Planning

  • Lead program finance experience

  • DOD financial analysis in SAP

  • SAP and COBRA working knowledge

  • Demontrated excellent communication (oral, written and presentation) and listening skills, an orientation to details, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions, a creative problem solver.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

  • Proven ability to interact and influence team members at all organizational levels; ability to manage effectively both upward and downward.

  • Willingness to take ownership, accept accountability, and thrive under pressure.
