Our Concierges are proficient and strive to support our Company’s sole purpose which is to protect and secure the businesses we serve. We are seeking individuals capable of monitoring, analyzing and identifying situations and determining the best approach to resolve the situations they encounter. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, impressive ability to communicate well with other, and ability to think critically in any situation.

0800-1600hrs OR

1600-2400hrs

$18.54/hr

Essential Duties

· Responsible for understanding the needs of the community’s residents and management and being able to pass along, so as to be clearly understood, all instructions, directions or restrictions to maintain a harmonious environment within the community.

· Acts as the liaison between a property’s management and its residents, and SSC.

· Responsible for arranging and tending to the community itself.

· Responsible for daily tasks including but not limited to managing parking, identifying and reporting all safety related issues, organizing and controlling security and managing/scheduling handyman services.

· Responsible for taking requests for repairs and organizing and maintains grounds keeping services to keep the community at large in working order and visibly pleasing to existing and potential tenants.

· Responsible to distribute mail and delivered items (packages, flowers, food deliveries, groceries) and often times sign for these items on behalf of the residents.

· Responsible for maintaining proper chain of custody, through proper documentation and storage, of any and all items given to them for safekeeping or transfer.

· Be familiar with all regular visitors, guests, contractors, and local personalities and must maintain the appropriate access control procedures for each circumstance.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum three (3) years previous Concierge experience in luxury residential living, luxury hospitality, concierge or similar experience required.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 18 years of age or older

• Be able to pass a drug screen

• Have access to reliable transportation

Knowledge, skills and abilities

To effectively perform the duties of a Concierge, individuals must be able to demonstrate the following Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

· Ability to provide high level of Customer Service in an upscale residential environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Be computer proficient.

· Ability to convey information effectively and with diplomacy, whether they are offering recommendations on nearby restaurants or trying to solve guest problems.

· High attention to detail.

· Ability to be trustworthy and reliable in the relay of, often times, private information, or requests, from the residents to management, contractors, or other residents.

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
