Duties and Responsibilities: This person would operate as an Operation's Manager during his/her time as an apprentice Start as a Team Member, move into leadership, once fully trained, they would be filling the role as an Operation's Manager for the remainder of the apprenticeship with a focus on either FOH or BOH Operations Manager Job Description:
Our Operation Managers are managing every shift, providing quality service and hospitality to our guests This position is in Operations 95% of the time (admin/office time is not necessary) Daily responsibilities include: Managing the shift to maximize guest and team member experience Completing opening or closing checklists Managing register deposits and counts Attending leadership development training Overseeing food safety and food quality systems Working directly with restaurant leaders to execute strategic initiatives of the organization. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences, both inside and through the drive-thru. Previous Chick-fil-A experience is not necessary but definitely a bonus.
This is a fulltime, day shift position. Exact hours are flexible.
