Duties and Responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Assemble and follow standards for presentation of food orders Closely following sanitation and safety procedures Prepare and cook raw chicken Prepare cold food items and ready to eat foods Obey a strict first in first out (FIFO) procedure Washing and sanitizing dishes Checking for product quality and consistency Perform maintenance and cleaning of various machines Maintain clear and kind communication between all staff Carry out all instructions given by leadership team and Operator Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality to make guests feel comfortable and welcome Taking orders with speed & accuracy Adapt Chick-fil-A required language
