The City of Gresham Facilities Division is seeking interested and qualified candidates to fill a new position as an Administrative Program Technician. This exciting and fast-paced role provides technical and administrative support to the Facilities Division within the Department of Environmental Services. What you will get to do: \' Manage Facilities and Fleet contracts, including performing research, contacting vendors, creating contract documents, tracking budgets, etc. \' Lenel badge system administration. Includes contract negotiation and management, taking photos of new employees, badge design and creation, managing access control, auditing the system, and programming card readers. \' Front-line administrative support duties, including processing purchase orders, requisitions and invoices in the Munis accounting system. Provides backup front-line customer service support at the City Hall front desk. Takes minutes, assists with travel processes, orders supplies and maintains office equipment. \' Facilities work order system research, analysis, and reporting. \' Act as City Hall Evacuation Coordinator. Work closely with Emergency Manager and Risk Management to plan and organize emergency evacuation drills and create training materials, policies and procedures. \' Facilities and Fleet budget planning and support. \' Coordinates with outside agencies on City conference room usage. Assists with researching and creating forms and procedures. \' City Blood Drive Coordinator. Works with the Red Cross to plan and implement blood drive events at the City. \' Assists with Fire Station maintenance planning and support tasks. \' Acts as lead over City Hall front desk administrative staff. \' Other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications: \' High School diploma or GED \' One to Four years of progressively responsible administrative support experience
