About the role

  • This position is responsible for Statutory Compliance & Liaises with govt authorities: Social Security (IMSS, Infonavit), Fonacot, Local taxes, SAT for employee CFDI´s. The role holder also coordinates statutory compliances.

About you

  • We are looking for a person to New legal entities registration /De-registration / Certificates for Social Security (IMSS-Infonavit), Local Tax & Registros Patronales & Fonacot

  • Legal address changes for Social Security (IMSS-Infonavit), Local Tax & Registros Patronales, Fonacot

  • Termination of Legal Entities/Registros Patronales with: Social security authorities (IMSS/Infonavit), Fonacot and Local Tax authorities

  • Communicating physical documentation required by Social Security Authorities (IMSS/Infonavit), Local Taxes, Fonacot and employees CFDI´s

  • Coordinate annual social security audits (Dictamen for IMSS and Infonavit)

  • Coordinate annual risk premium declaration (declaración anual de la prima de Riesgo de Trabajo)

  • E2E process documentation

  • Assess compliance with social security (IMSS-Infonavit) & local tax authorities, ICSOE & SISUB & employees CFDI´s

  • Statutory compliance set up mentorship with detailed steps.

  • The role is very intensive on employee, vendor partner & govt front facing and off largely off loads the Labor Relations.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor of Law or Bachelor of Accounting.

  • Languages: native Spanish and intermediate - high English level is needed.

  • +5 years of experience with an understanding of Employment Tax, Social Security (IMSS-Infonavit), Employee CFDI´s, Local Taxes & HR operations.

  • Knowledge of government authorities’ portals: Social Security, IDSE, FONACOT, INFONAVIT

  • Knowledge of Labor laws, Statutory filing requirements under relevant acts

  • Attend notification and government requests.

  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation in market

  • Experience working with government offices, suppliers, and vendor management.

  • Able to build credibility and relationships with line managers, employees, and other HR teams.

  • Displays excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and builds relationships with key partners within the business functions and HR team.

  • High appreciation of dealing with critical / confidential information

  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

  • Availability to travel once a month.
