Position Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Operator II, Manufacturing in our Engineering department. As a member of our world-class team, you will be responsible for completing manufacturing tasks to ensure flawless production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company policies, follow leadership's instructions, and implement safety requirements. Report any safety hazards promptly.

• Strictly follow blueprints, processes, or operating procedures for installation, testing, and other operations.

• Effectively fulfill daily production tasks assigned by supervisors with a strong capacity for resolving issues.

• Show a strong commitment to quality and follow the 5'S' principles, completing tasks with precision, attentiveness, and agility.

• Exhibit a strong work ethic, being willing to work overtime as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Age: 20-35 years old

• Minimum high school education or equivalent experience

• Preferably with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering

• Prior experience in assembling electromechanical products or the instrument industry is advantageous

• Strong awareness of quality and safety

• Honest, hardworking, punctual, and resilient
