Description and Requirements
【工作职责】
1.基于智慧大屏产品核心设备，负责核心智能板设计，开发，规划；
2.精通硬件设计，原理图、PCB设计等，能够独立完成相关硬件的电路研发，技术攻关，新产品预研；同时做好项目管理等相关工作；
2.负责智慧大屏产品的硬件相关的项目需求分析，进行系统框架和核心模块的设计及研发落地；
3.编写设计文档、测试文档及其他相关文档；
4.负责项目体系建设，包括项目组织协调和风险管理，相关方协同工作、解决项目问题，落实项目流程规范。
【工作要求】
1.大学本科或以上学历，计算机或者电子信息工程等相关专业；
2.有3年及以上TV/Monitor/笔记本电脑/台式电脑主板设计经验；精通嵌入式硬件/智能硬件产品开发过程，有丰富的相关产品开发经验，要求有硬件工程师背景；
3.具有3年以上项目管理经验，能独立开展项目管理工作；
4.有极强的沟通能力，丰富的跨部门组织协调经验优先；
5.有极强的风险识别、问题分析、解决能力，逻辑清晰；
6.需要具备一定的英文口语沟通能力，英语读写熟练。
