MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Applies highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in preparation and administration of all commercial documentation such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements to support sales.

Answer queries from sales and customers on stock and shipment of orders.

Include analyzing trends related to sales admin and support activities.

• The ComEx Business Analytics manager reports to the Head of Commercial Excellence APAC.

• This role is the custodian for all APAC ComEx data and responsible for efficient data management and analysis.

• This includes data management and analysis of Sales Incentives, Sales Awards, Primary & Secondary sales, Profitability, KPIs & Metrics, SFE, Distributor data, SFDC metrics, Market and GTM related data, Country deep dive preps and any other analytics that region may require.

• It also includes setup of excel data sets in new system, dashboards in PowerBI and SFDC, combining dataflows to manage country data from various systems in a more efficient way in order to improve productivity of country teams.

• This role needs the person to have a good understanding of the business strategy in order to set up dashboards and visualization to make the business more efficient. This person should also be comfortable with analysis of big data sets which may or may not have structured data. This role needs to be resourceful in finding solutions to make country ComEx teams less reliant on manual data analysis.

• This person should be able to operate with minimal supervision and should hence have good stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in PowerBI development, SQL, Python, Advanced excel analytics is a must.

• While Bachelors in Engg or Statistics or similar degree is necessary, having an MBA in Marketing or Finance in addition will be preferred. 5+ years of WorkEx in a Consulting firm will be ideal.
