The Team:

The S&P Global Managed Service group is seeking a highly qualified team manager for placement within a project team servicing Third Party Risk Management. Successful candidates will assume a role which includes providing direction to a team managing project execution as it pertains to Third Party Risk Management for our clients in-scope vendor and sub-contractor population. Candidates with experience in understanding and applying Third Party Risk Management are of particular interest. People and process management experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple implementations, while maintaining on-time deliverables.

  • Lead a team of 3-6 managers to execute on managed service initiatives.

  • Ensure all customers receive first class service consistent with S&P Global’s expectations including but not limited to:

  • Conducting demos and train clients on the platform

  • Identifying and resolving client issues

  • Follow up with vendor & clients based off SLAs

  • Troubleshoot KY3P issues internally and externally

  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and answering customer inquiries

  • Actively speak with customers to ensure they understand how to use the functionality of the KY3P product suite and understand the full capability of KY3P’s industry initiatives

  • Become highly skilled in understanding and maintaining Operational Processes including:

  • Creating and updating procedure documents

  • Capture bugs & enhancements reported by Clients/Self & work with technology to fix them

  • Participate on new platform user acceptance testing

  • Assist team member on operations process when required

  • Implement and maintain quality control on the operational process

  • Evaluate scope of work/project plans and make recommendations for improved process

  • Maintain and report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to upper management.

  • Prepare regular status reports for leadership team and clients.

  • Identify and work to resolve gaps in process or project execution.

  • Work through new requirement discussions with the client and identify short-term workarounds.

  • Must utilize strong adaptability skills and become an expert on our proprietary products, through classroom, web and on the job training and experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Batchelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of proven experience in Third Party Risk Management with an overall experience of 8 – 10 years in a Risk Management field is required

  • Previous people management experience required

  • Strong communication with exceptional presentation skills required

  • Data analysis skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Excel required. VBA will be Plus

  • Understand SQL & Oracle databases querying are preferable.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (Lightning), and JIRA platforms are preferred.

  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and communicate effectively with clients

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on quality and process.

  • Ability to maintain and report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to upper management.

  • Must be able to work collaboratively with team members, both senior and junior.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Flexible to work on global time zone
