Payment Solutions Desk (PSD) is looking for a Payment Solutions manager for India. This role requires an ability to manage ambiguity and collaborate with stakeholder groups in a highly complex and competitive environment to drive the best outcomes for Microsoft and our customers. You will need to work closely with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders to ensure that the payment solutions are aligned with the business needs and the customer expectations. You will have the opportunity for impact to the team, customers and partners, and Microsoft’s financials. You will also need to provide guidance, support, and training to field teams on the payment solutions portfolio, payment processes and policies.

Responsibilities

Prioritize

Develop and Build stakeholder relationships with Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS), Deal Desk (DD), Customers & Partners to educate and advise on how best to leverage financial solutions to drive strategic outcomes for the company, with compliance at the center.

Manage complex credit and payment solution negotiations, ensure customer-centricity, develop relationships, and compliantly enable the success of our stakeholders.

Provide business insights to analysis and modeling of forecast and pipeline to share results in partnership with business and commercial stakeholders to support revenue goals.

Partnership

Builds and leverages relationships with MCAPS and other stakeholders at senior levels to accelerate revenue and enable sales by providing credit and financing solutions to customers and partners.

Partner closely across GTFS, Finance, Internal Business Teams and our Partner Banks & NBFCs to manage global, scalable, efficient, and compliant payment solutions for sales support.

Drive continuous improvement across GTFS in support of priorities including operating leverage (i.e. Cost of Capital/Balance of Trade).

Evangelize GTFS products and solutions offerings and value-add to internal stakeholders and customers.

Protect

Drives a compliant culture with team and stakeholders through actions and decisions to instill trust; advocates, educates, and promotes best practices and new developments.

Champion Microsoft privacy, security, and ethical standards. Advance key compliance initiatives

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experiencein Financing or Sales Strategy preferably with Microsoft or other large multi-national companies. Familiarity with Microsoft commercial & sales processes a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related field is desirable. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability and influence senior management.

  • Sales enablement, or commercial financing experience a plus.

  • Solid financial acumen and business judgement with problem solving and decision-making skills. Should be able to analyze financial statements, illustrate cost benefit analysis, adviseand implementrightpayment solution in line with customer’ financial goals

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams in ambiguous environments with empathy while maintaining compliance
