As the Payroll Specialist, you will be part of the team who is responsible for processing the monthly payroll for Israel and India with detailed focus on accuracy and compliance. You will also work with the HR Service Delivery team to help colleagues with company and HR related questions.

Responsibilities include:

  • The execution of the entire payroll process, including the collection of employee data from our HR system Workday, validation and reporting for the countries in scope.

  • Work very closely with our external payroll providers to ensure accurate and smooth payroll processing.

  • Follow internal Standard Operating Procedures and other documentation for the countries in scope and keep it updated for any changes in the processes.

  • Provide variance analysis, accruals and other ad-hoc reports to Controllers and Finance teams.

  • Participate in ongoing payroll projects.

  • Work with the local teams and HR Business Partners and respond to complex questions related to country regulations.

  • Support internal and external audits and provide requested information in a timely manner.

  • Respond timely to colleague questions through Service Now portal.

  • Be part of strategic team for special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 3+ years previous experience in Israel and India. Payroll experience in other Asia-Pacific countries preferred but not required.

  • Up-to-date knowledge on wage tax, pension, social security and other employment laws/regulations (labor law) is a plus.

  • Experience with ADP Systems, preferably Streamline is desirable.

  • Experience with Workday.

  • Eagerness to learn and affine to systems.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • High motivation and intercultural communication skills.

  • Work well independently and handle competing priorities with ease.

  • Proactive, willing to learn and resolve challenges.

  • High proficiency in English. Bi-lingual a plus.
