Primary Responsibilities:
Use best practices and experience to design, code, build, and test software solutions
Determine best technical solutions and document detailed design based on requirements
Lead application build team for selected projects
Providing accurate and timely estimates for tasks
Provide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution. Role will be final escalation point for supporting application and performing root cause analysis
Support the team for application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis
Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
Lead team efforts to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
Mentor other developers on coding standards, problem solving, and application architecture

Required Qualifications:
B.Tech/MCA/Msc/MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant
Overall 10+ years of experience
10+ years of work experience in Product companies
7+ years of full stack development wit ReactNative
5+ years experience in building Microservices / web application
5+ years of REST API experience
5+ years of database creation/update
3+ years of experience development/ maintaining CI/CD pipelines
3+ years of Cloud experience
1+ years of Agile delivery experience
Managed a large scale web or mobile app, developed using Java, (React Native experience is a must)
Experience in designing the large scale apps
Experience in managing a team
Solid experience in Core Java, Spring, Struts, and Hibernate/Spring Data JPA
Exposure to agile development process. Ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript
Experience with distributed storage technologies like NFS, HDFS, Ceph, S3 as well as dynamic resource management frameworks (Mesos, Kubernetes, Yarn)
Proven proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Proven excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
