This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to: maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll. Qualifications

• strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in Quick Books On Line a plus

• Experience with accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and account reconciliation

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience

• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus

• CPA certification is a plus

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
