Position Title: Associate Director - Finance

Function: Finance

Location: Gurgaon

Shift Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible to lead US Accounting Shared Services for areas like General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting & manage India R2R Corporate Function.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Leading and managing shared services function along with handling stakeholders.

2.Conducting strong reviews of monthly soft close/hard close & financials for India entity

3.Devising & monitoring KPIs and SLAs for all domains of US Accounting on monthly basis.

4.Front-ending leadership review for all critical matters including reviews with Controller, CFO and others.

5.Developing strategic vision for the function.

6. Devising controls, process and policy documentations.

7. Dealing with external stakeholders like Actuary, Statutory/internal auditors, other consultants

8.Keeping an eye on potential areas of Automation, Process improvements across function

9.Overseeing governance review for Philippines entity from risk, control and Local GAAP perspective.

10.Ensuring effective team engagement and retention as a people leader.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1.CA with 14+ years of experience

2.Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounting shared services

3.Good knowledge of US GAAP, IND AS and PFRS.

4.Good Inter-personal Skills

5.Good Communication Skills & critical thinking

6.Good excel, Presentation skills

7.Stakeholder management
