About the position

Position Title : Associate Ops Manager

Department / Function : PFSS (Patient Facing Shared Services)

Reports to : Manager/Sr. Manager/Operation Delivery Leader

Location: Tikri

Position summary

The Associate Operations Manager is responsible for surpassing business objectives and consistently achieving operational and financial key performance indicators (KPIs). They are required to oversee multiple sites and ensure an exceptional "Customer Experience." The Associate Operations Manager must effectively manage, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence, high employee engagement, and service improvement.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Sets and executes organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures in the short and long term.

  • Monitors and assesses the effectiveness of programs and operations, making necessary changes for improvement.

  • Manage the performance of multiple sites according to daily, weekly, and monthly service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Collaborate with partners in India, the US, and the Philippines to review root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare plans of action (POA).

  • Experience in managing a group of 50+ full-time equivalents (FTEs).

  • Delegate responsibilities and hold oneself accountable for actions and decisions.

  • Develop frontline leads through regular weekly and monthly reviews with internal and external counterparts and publish necessary dashboards.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualification : Graduate in Any Stream

Experience: 2-5 years as Team Leader/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager.

Skills:

  • Must have excellent knowledge of the US Healthcare Domain/RCM.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office and strong analytical skills are essential.

  • Possess excellent personal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make quick decisions and solve problems.

  • Experience in managing a group of 50+ full-time equivalents (FTEs).

  • Proficient in stakeholder management, time management, report management, work management, people management, and process management (both new and old processes).

  • Should be able to quickly adapt (unlearn and learn) according to organizational and business requirements and successfully implement them.

  • Understanding the importance of meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering results accordingly.

  • Clear understanding of key result areas (KRAs) and the ability to achieve desired goals and expectations.

  • Must have experience in conducting performance evaluations and management.

  • Should have a basic understanding of general policies and procedures related to day-to-day operations in line with market standards.

  • Optimize resource utilization.

  • Flexibility in terms of shift timing, 6PM to 3AM. (Working in a 24*7 environment with rotational shifts).

  • Open to Work from Office/Hybrid.

Preferred:

Experience in managing the revenue cycle process, which includes tasks such as eligibility, Insurance, and authorization verification.
