What you will do:

• Lead the technical design and development of SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori, OData, CDS, BAPI, RFC, IDOC, BADI, Enhancement Framework, Workflow, and other SAP technologies.

• Support the migration and upgrade of SAP ECC and S4/HANA, including data conversion, custom code remediation, and testing.

• Ensure the compliance of SAP solutions with the best practices, standards, and guidelines of SAP and the client.

• Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing of SAP solutions and resolve any issues or defects.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP issues and incidents, and coordinate with SAP and other vendors as needed.

• Manage the technical documentation of SAP solutions and provide training and knowledge transfer to the functional and business teams.

• Supervise, coach, and mentor the junior SAP developers and consultants.

• Collaborate with the project manager, functional lead, and business stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of SAP solutions.

• Track and report the status of all assigned technical tasks for the project team.

• Provide alternative technical solutions and/or technical estimates for development on all out of scope requests for evaluation by development manager

What you will need:

• Minimum 8 years of IT related experience in technical design and development of SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori, OData, CDS, BAPI, RFC, IDOC, BADI, Enhancement Framework, Workflow, and other SAP technologies

• Working experience in supporting the migration and upgrade of SAP ECC and S4/HANA, including data conversion, custom code remediation, and testing.

• Experience in technical support and troubleshooting for SAP issues and incidents, and coordinate with SAP and other vendors as needed.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
