Job Type Full-time Description * Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager- oversee and support all aspects of the dining establishment to ensure profitability and an overall enjoyable experience. * Opening and closing the restaurant. * Responsible for shift/position coverage as needed and creating weekly schedule. * Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members. * Resolving customers\' questions and grievances in a professional manner Ensure product quality and consistency. * Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations. * Work closely with Operations Manager on day-to- day issues Requirements Job Qualifications Education: High School or equivalent * Experience 1-3 years guest facing experience * Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience * Skills * Critical thinking * Service orientation * Judgment and decision making * Management of personnel resources * Time management
