Your role and responsibilities

Primary Focus: Specialized expertise in the inbound logistics processes within the EWM system.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for inbound operations, ensuring that inbound warehouse processes are designed and configured properly in EWM.

• Focus on receiving, unloading, and storing materials in the warehouse.

• Configure EWM to handle inbound tasks such as purchase order receipts, stock put-away, and inbound delivery management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inbound operations.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration between inbound operations and other warehouse functions.

Required technical and professional expertise

Key Skills:

• Deep knowledge of inbound warehouse operations and processes.

• Expertise in configuring SAP EWM to optimize inbound processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to customize EWM for specific business requirements.

• Knowledge of integration points with other systems like SAP ERP, SAP TM (Transportation Management), and SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
