at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, 3-5 preferred. amiliar with general life cycle requirements of a PV project or commercial construction, from contract signing to final commissioning/inspections. read and interpret construction documents including plan sets, specs and contracts self-motivated, proactive, team players, work well with others, and work under time pressure to adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude. * Ideal candidate has 3+ years of solar PM experience, a Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering and a professional certification, with Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or NABCEP PV Associate *

Project Manager works across Sales/Engineering/Logistics and Construction teams to ensure continuous progress on 10-30 projects in accordance with planned schedules, ensure timely and consistent customer feedback, and ensure RSI is meeting contractual requirements. Core responsibilities include: • Own the project plan, driving project success across all phases of project life cycle, from sales/engineering/construction through utility provided permission to operate. • Own the client relationship, and routinely communicate that project status effectively both external customers and internal RSI stakeholders. • Own the project schedule, providing periodic reports and effectively communicating progress to include concerns with project delays. The Project Manager will utilize construction management software to manage and communicate project progress.
