Continental Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - European Markets (Fleet/Dealers/OEMS) - REF47742N in Hannover, Germany

  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the marketplace and competitive landscapes, competitive positioning, and industry trends.

  • Focus on business development of Earthmover key accounts in the European markets (Fleets/Dealers(OEMs)

  • Take initiative to win business with target opportunities and deliver significant volume growth through the addition of new business accounts,

  • Lead & steer with local market entities integrating new business into local standard company operations and processes.

  • Build service infrastructure via own service entity or third party service partners to support fleet business tire services requirement.

  • Be the business driver for Earthmover sales in Europe

  • Solid educational background with preference for a degree from a recognized higher education institute.

  • Experience in Key Account Management selling technical solutions to high level executive decision makers

  • Being professional bringing quality, excellence, and ownership to everything you do

  • Responsible and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability for the business result.

  • Committed to bring your whole self to work with passion and focus

  • Capable of taking ownership and being independent, but at the same time being a team player working for the greater good.

  • Ambitious and always willing to challenge yourself

  • English: fluent (speaking/writing)

  • Readiness to travel regularly as the business demands
