TASKS – ACTIVITIES – RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translating documents such as letters, contracts, meeting minutes, bid documents,...from English to Vietnamese or vice versa;
•Interpreting meetings for customers and investors;
• Prepare reports in two languages English and Vietnamese;
• Track the progress of the project, communicate tightly and effectively with clients on a daily basis, regarding the project’s status, schedule, Q&A, etc;
• Prepare a report to department heads, project directors, and department directors
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders;
• Manage logistics for management meetings, internal events;
• Sales support by phone call, collecting & analyzing Clients data; bidding preparation;
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
▪ Bachelor degree
▪ Basic to intermediate level of English is a plus as the translation platform's interface and client's guidelines are in English;
▪ Having experience in working as a translator in the sales department, or related to the work of the sales department is a plus;
TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
▪ Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
▪ Have good communication, coordination and presentation skills;
▪ Attention to detail and meticulousness;
▪ High level of concentration and patience;
▪ Willingness to learn and adapt well;
▪ Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
▪ Demonstrated ability to work with extremely confidential information, to engage and to interact with the VIP stakeholders within country and abroad;
▪ Proactive and able to work under high pressure.
