Aston Carter Accounting Assistant in Hanover, Maryland

Job Description

Join our team as an Accounting Assistant, where everyone contributes to handling both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). In AR, responsibilities include remote deposit checks, scanning them into the bank, entering and applying them into the system, managing bank deposits, and ACHs, as well as credit processing which involves processing all credit sales submitted and approving sales orders. In AP, tasks involve handling transactions with both trade and non-trade vendors, with team members managing select trade vendors. Additionally, the role includes some expense management through Concur, processing and approving reports.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Months with potential to be extended.
