If so, Utz is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Intern to assist in providing technical support and help desk services to all end users, as well as supporting all remote locations for connectivity and functionality of all desktop & laptop units, peripherals, office & label printers, network connectivity and more. This position will work in a fast-paced team environment, gaining broad experience in various aspects of Information Technology. Applicants will need to have a GPA of 3.5 or higher to be considered for this internship. Key Responsibilities Imaging/setup of desktop/laptop computers Address Helpdesk requests for technical assistance User setup/auditing of the Active Directory Project roll-out assistance with IT Infrastructure initiatives Network monitoring with IT security tools Requirements Students enrolled in Graduate or Undergraduate studies in a technical field. GPA of 3.5 or higher. Preferred graduation of Fall 2024 or Spring 2025. Experience with desktop and laptop operating systems such as Windows 10. Experience with macOS is a plus. Possesses a customer/user-focused mentality in order to deliver quality, service, and ease of doing business. Willingness to learn and grow. Spreading Joy Through Food!
