DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: True Value Company has an incredible opportunity for an Office Manager at our Regional Distribution Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

The Office Manager will oversee all office procedures and supervise office personnel. This role will not only maintain a safe work environment, but they shall also provide training, enforce Policies & Procedures, remain in compliance, within the RDC Office. Directly manage Customer Service, Data Processing, Safety Records, Payroll/ Time & Attendance, Record Keeping, Asset Protection by supporting clerical procedures on a daily basis.

Scheduled Days:   Monday through Friday

Annual Salary Range:$60,000 to $80,000.00 based on skills and qualifications

Incentive:  This position is eligible to participate in the Company's Incentive Plan.  Incentive target will be 10% of your annualized eligible earnings.

Responsibilities (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned). 1.  Manages workflows, within the office, to support warehouse performance. 2.  Supervises, supports, and reviews associate performance in the department. 3.  Works closely with Operations Manager, Superintendent, Traffic Manager and Associates to ensure quality, accuracy of daily tasks and completion of projects on time. 4.  Works directly with Associates to establish and foster an atmosphere of high employee morale through an active, fair and consistent implementation of policy and procedure. 5.  Actively involved in employee training and cross-training. 6.  Follows-up on Member and Corporate communications to answer questions or concerns they may have. 7.  Fosters an environment of cooperation and commitment to continuous improvement. 8.  Works with Vendors for Services and Office Supplies.

Education & Experience * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. * 1-3 years of experience, preferably in Business Administration or related industries. * Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
