The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is currently seeking a driven and dependable individual to take on the role of Business Analyst 1! In this position, you will create, present, and manage the unit's Commonwealth Law Enforcement Assistance Network (CLEAN) training program. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Business Analyst 1, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, evaluating, and conducting training sessions on the CLEAN system for various law enforcement personnel and agencies. This entails developing educational materials, visual aids, and standards for training programs within the unit. Additionally, you will collaborate with federal, state, and local representatives to identify training needs and ensure program coordination, as well as regularly revise training content to align with current knowledge and practices. Other duties you will be responsible for include, but are not limited to the following: Reviewing and evaluating technical service updates from the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) division Developing annual update trainings for Terminal Agency Coordinators (TAC) officers Developing and reviewing test scripts Working with partners to identify solutions to issues regarding the CLEAN system Assisting users with the CLEAN system and troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter Traveling throughout the Commonwealth to provide training to users on CLEAN

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $50,836.00  (before taxes). QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree/credits.

Post Employment Requirements: You must be able to obtain and maintain an active Commonwealth Law Enforcement Assistance Network (CLEAN) certification issued by the Pennsylvania State Police within the probationary period and maintain the same for the duration of employment in this job. You must successfully pass the PSP Instructor Development class.
