The Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Income Maintenance (OIM), Bureau of Operations is seeking a Clerical Assistant 2 to join their team. This Bureau is responsible for the operation of the 67 County Assistance Offices (CAOs), the statewide Customer Service Centers (CSC), Processing Centers (PC), the Division of Special Programs, the Division of Project Management, and the Division of Staff Development.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will be responsible for providing secretarial support in the director's office. You will process mail, prepare documents, schedule meetings and conferences, and maintain a filing system. Occasionally, you will serve as back-up support to the secretarial supervisor and be a lead worker for other clerical staff. You will also provide clerical support to other OIM bureaus when needed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 375 hours per week Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Overtime as needed Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework), part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
