DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, your duties will include managing updates to driver records regarding sanctions like traffic violation points and driving privilege suspensions, revocations, cancellations, recalls, and disqualifications. Requests for modifications can originate from courts, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) legal personnel, Driver and Vehicle Services, mail, counter customers, phone, or referrals from the PennDOT Call Center. Your responsibility is to guarantee that sanctions are accurately applied following Pennsylvania (PA) Vehicle Code, PA Crimes Code, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.

Other responsibilities include manually updating driving records with court-related information that cannot be automated. This includes entering deletions, corrections, recalculations, and rescissions of sanctions from traffic safety records received from the PA court system or out-of-state courts for PA residents due to appeals or other court actions.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 60-minute lunch. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Please check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
