DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Customer Success Manager is responsible for coordinating efforts of the Office Telephony Operations section, Architecture staff and other areas within OIT, and business stakeholders. Your focus will be to collaborate within and across agencies and ensure that strategies and outcomes align with the requirements of our agencies and external customers.

The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining relationships and representing the organization's Telecommunications services, specifically surrounding office telephony. Ensuring services are fit for use and coordinating and prioritizing the operation team efforts will be key in this role.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, 3 days a week in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Ten years of professional information technology experience; or Six years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualification: Experience in training and user support for office telephony.
