As the Department's Federal Grant Coordinator, this role entails approving grant budgets before they are submitted to the federal government, overseeing the fiscal aspects of all federal funds, and providing monthly reports to bureau programmatic staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the department's annual federal indirect rate submission to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Furthermore, as the Federal Grant Coordinator, you will assist in the preparation of the department's budget for various state, federal, special, and restricted funds throughout the budget process, including budget submission, legislative hearing materials, and rebudgeting. you will also play a role in budgetary monitoring, the year-end closing process, and managing interagency agreements and expenditure adjustment documents.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 5 days per pay period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 2; or Two years of experience in professional fiscal administration, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
