Join the Commonwealth Office of Digital Experience (CODE PA) as a project manager to assist the IT Network team in the Commonwealth Office of Information Technology (OIT).

DESCRIPTION OF WORK As Project Manager, Network, you will oversee the application of agile principles and practices for OIT's work with all IT network systems across the commonwealth. Your influence as scrum master will ensure scrum values are upheld and implemented through OIT's functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, based on project needs and supervisory approval. in order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Business Analyst 4; or Two years of experience as a Project Manager 1; or Four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects.

Additional Requirements:

You must have five years of experience providing clear communication to stakeholders and leaders about project status and challenges. You must have five years of experience removing barriers and performing problem solving duties for project team members and stakeholders. You must have four years of experience setting project objectives and setting up sprints to achieve project goals. You must have four years of experience educating and coaching teams on scrum theory and practice. You must have four years of experience planning iterative improvement sprints and support cycles across many projects. You must have four years of experience facilitating typical Agile protocols, including system demos, daily stand-ups, and iteration reviews. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
