We have an opportunity available for a Sales Support Specialist-- Hubert Managed Accounts to work within our Sales Team. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing sales support within the TAKKT Food Service Division, including Central Restaurant Products, Hubert US, and Hubert Canada, by executing daily tasks and functions that manage customer experience activities and assist in team selling environments. This role requires strong communication, an executive phone presence, and excellent prioritization skills to support corporate-level customers and drive sales satisfaction.

 

What you will do:

  • Support Equipment Specialists across multiple divisions, fostering strong, healthy relationships with customer contacts at both corporate and site levels.
  • Manage project setup and ensure seamless follow-through from initiation to completion.
  • Provide "White Glove" management and logistical support, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers.
  • Assist in driving the growth of equipment sales through administrative and sales-related tasks.
  • Serve as the first line of defense in resolving order entry inquiries, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Work with systems including Salesforce and AutoQuotes to update and track client information and project statuses.
  • Provide resourceful assistance between Equipment Specialists, Customer Service, and customers, ensuring smooth communication and process flow.

What we need:

  • Minimum 1 year in a sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment where priorities change quickly
  • Proactive and willing to learn processes and equipment specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Sales Force, Auto Quotes, and Power BI (a plus)
