We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stability Engineer to join the Network Engineering and Design Stability Team. The core responsibilities of this role with be focused on audit and vulnerability management with a role in the oversight of the Change Management process.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and Compliance
Represent Network Engineering and Design (NED) as the point of contact for key audit reviews, and follow up discussions
Generate detailed reports summarizing audit findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review
Work closely with external auditors and regulatory authorities during compliance assessments and audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans in response to audit findings
Engage key resources across Network Engineering and Design organization to resolve vulnerabilities
Drive and track action plans for audits and vulnerabilities
Partner with Internal Audit and Compliance teams
Change Management
Review changes daily focusing on risk, validation, and back out plans
Identify non-compliance to Enterprise Change Management (ECM) and NED policies
Engage team members for adjustments within the change documentation
Represent Network Engineering and Design organization in Change Management Boards
Required Qualifications
6+ years experience with routers, switches, proxy, firewalls etc..
6+ years e xperience with various audit tools (Archer) and processes
6+ years experience with audit processes including SOX, HIPAA, FTC, PCI, and etc...
Experience with Change Management processes, ITIL
Knowledge of data manipulation, and use of appropriate tools (Excel, Access, and others)
Familiarization of Service Now and Reporting
Ability to drive initiatives with positive business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication skills; must be an efficient and effective communicator
Ability to leverage soft skills in daily interactions, and lead by influence
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $201,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
