SHAPING THE FUTURE TOGETHER Who are we looking for? A highly motivated and driven Powder Coat Operator/Parts Hanger to join our Hartford manufacturing team! The ideal candidate should have some experience working with powder coat paint lines, conveyer systems, pretreatment chemical wash systems, curing ovens, and efficient part hanging techniques. The ability to multitask will also be essential to the success of this role. This opportunity is located at our Hartford, WI facility with 2nd shift hours of 3:00pm -1:30am M-Th. We also offer the added incentive of a 2nd shift premium for working these hours. What you will be doing: The Powder Coat Operator/Parts Hanger is responsible for prepping and correctly hanging all required industrial door parts onto a conveyor line system using the appropriate hangers. They will also be responsible for the removal of the parts once fully cured. Finished painted parts will then be staged onto the proper carts according to each door number which will then feed into the final assembly stations. Who we are?
